Our family worked with Joel and Jenn over the course of nearly four years to sell our home and purchase a new one. Based on our experience, we would highly recommend the Joel Svoboda team. They understood that we had options with our current home to either sell or renovate - and after a year of not finding the right house to buy, we decided to renovate and stay. In spite of this, Joel and Jenn continued to be a resource and sounding board for us as we spent a year working with an architect and contractor on renovation plans. When we once again changed our minds and decided to sell, Jenn and Joel jumped right back in 100% to make it happen. We looked at nearly every house in a 10-mile radius that met our basic requirements over the next two years. Jenn's commitment to finding us a home was incredible - she was proactive in trying to find us homes that met our needs, she was thorough in tracking down information on potential homes that we "heard from a friend who heard from a friend that it might be coming for sale," and she was extremely patient with our very specific wants and needs for our next home. She was always available to see a home with us and provided regular feedback and communication to us on the homes we were considering. Her expertise and commitment to us was invaluable, and when we finally found the perfect home for our family, she made sure it all happened and came together without any issues. Selling our old home with Joel was equally smooth - he and his team made sure everything happened as needed, they provided excellent staging advice and marketing of our home, and we had an offer within a week.
